Director, Indiana Principal Leadership Institute
Dr. Linda Marrs-Morford is the Director of the Indiana Principal Leadership Institute (IPLI), an intensive two-year professional development program for principals. Before joining IPLI, Linda was a full professor at Eastern Illinois University (EIU) in the Department of Educational Leadership. During her 12 years at EIU, Linda served as department chair, Director of the EIU Administrators Roundtable, and Director of the NewLeaders Assistance Service – a mentoring and induction program for new building-level administrators. Linda was a member of the design team and a mentor trainer for the Illinois New Principal Mentoring Program. She is active in the National Council of Professors of Educational Administration and served as President during the 2006-2007 school year. Linda’s educational career includes eight years of administrative experience as an assistant principal and principal at the middle and high school levels.
